Lingerie dress (2025)-G.Loveless Series 1

Inspired by Arvida Bystrom’s exploration of femininity and body image this lingerie dress reinterprets society’s perception of sexuality and desire. Using discarded bras, slips, and bodysuits, the piece reconstructs intimate garments into a provocative narrative. It challenges how we consume and perceive our bodies, merging disobedient aesthetics with themes of sensuality and empowerment. The design embodies a bold reinterpretation of femininity, blending vulnerability with rebellion, and echoing Arvida’s signature interplay of pink tones, online culture, and unconventional beauty. This dress is a tactile dialogue on identity and expression. The deconstructed lingerie was entirely reassembled by hand-stitching.
